Conditions
Goan Foods reserve the right to amend the terms
and conditions from
time to time by updating the information and
consumers are bound by any
amendments.
Weights given are
approx. These products are handmade and
with regard to
the sausages, its not possible to get an exact weight
after drying.
Contract
The contract
between Goan Food and the consumer becomes binding
on
acceptance, of full payment.
We reserve the right to withdraw if
the goods ordered are not in stock and a
substitute offer is declined.
Acknowledgement of
Order
We will send you an email as soon as possible to
confirm receipt
of your order.
Processing your
order
Subject to availability the goods ordered will be
despatched within 7-10
working days of receipt of full payment.
Substitute Goods
If the
goods ordered are not available you will be advised as soon as
possible
and a substitute will be offered. However the substitute will not
be
despatched without your prior written consent.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend upon the amount ordered and the cost of
packaging.
They are not refundable.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
UK Long Distance Selling Regulations
The
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.
2334), transpose into UK law Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of
consumers in respect of distance contracts.
Exceptions to the UK Long
Distance Selling Regulations are goods that cannot, by their nature, be
returned, such as perishable goods, e.g. food.
The purchase of Goan Food products is therefore EXEMPT from the UK Long
Distance selling Regulations as these goods are perishable foodstuffs.
Accordingly, A NO REFUND/NO RETURN Policy applies for ALL Goan Food
products purchased online from this website. This DOES NOT affect your
statutory rights.

Note that ALL YOUR PERSONAL
INFORMATION IS FULLY PROTECTED DATA.
Once your Cheque details are used
to process your order your CHEQUE details are DESTROYED.

We DO NOT sell, trade or otherwise dispose of
your personal email or address information to ANY THIRD PARTY. We do
however store your email address for use on our PERSONAL CLIENT MAILING
LIST.

If you do NOT wish us to store your email address for our
Mailing List and/or you do NOT wish us to contact you please send us an
